Our team is ready to assist and we offer 1-on-1 support. Call, text, or email any time and we will get back to you asap. We also have a (growing) number of training guides and videos to get you started @ http://builderbid.com/training

Q: Can you help me get the initial setup done?

Yes! Our team will help you transition everything from spreadsheets or other software and setup your templates for you. This is a one-time process we call onboarding. Book a time below or send us an email (Support@BuilderBid.com) to request assistance.

Q: Can you give me a tutorial of the software?

Absolutely! Book a time below and we will be happy to meet with you. Typically we schedule 15 minute demos, where we can understand your process, show you the software, and answer any questions.

Q: Do you require a credit card to start?

Nope. During the free trial period, there is no card information required in order for you to register and start using the software.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

You can modify or cancel the renewal of a paid plan at any time from the Account Settings page. Projects will be read-only if you cancel, but all data is saved until you re-subscribe.
